My approach towards motivating you to live a fit life involves:

Recently, I realized that my style of training can be applied to our life goals which involves: building strength, conditioning and mindful exercises to motivate you to live a fit life - body + mind.

I am a BCRPA certified personal trainer and my other credentials include: BA, BEd, MEd, and BBA diploma. I've taken my experience in education and combined it aspects of resistance training to motivate you to life a 'fit life' towards your success and well-being.

Hello! So, my personal story involves spending a great deal of my life trying to live up to the expectations of others and trying to control my life by averting resistance. As a result of this, I experienced burnout, chronic stress and weight gain. 

Fitness in the form of resistance training helped me overcome all of this. 'Out of resistance grows strength' has become my philosophy for all aspects of life. As a personal trainer and an educator I've gained more knowledge about muscle growth, healthy eating, brain-gut functions and human behaviour. Therefore, it's not just resistance training alone that elevates your well-being. It's all levels of your lifestyle that needs to become 'fit.'
